Borgata poker room cash games

The game dealt most often at the Borgata poker room in Atlantic City is no limit Texas hold’em. The blinds are 1/3 with a $100 to $400 buy-in, 2/5 with a $200 to $1,000 buy-in, 5/10 with a $500 to $2,500 and 10/25 with a $2,500 minimum buy-in and no cap. There may even be a game with 25/50 blinds. 

The main fixed limit games are 3/6 and 10/20 hold’em. Weekends may see a 20/40, 40/80 or 80/160 fixed limit hold’em game. 

A pot limit Omaha game with 2/2 or 5/5 blinds is often available. There may also be a high limit mixed game. Weekends can bring fixed limit seven card stud and Omaha hi/lo to the Borgata poker room in Atlantic City. 

Borgata poker tournaments

Borgata deals five tournaments each week when there is not a series running. The game is no limit Texas hold’em. Players may re-enter and late register through the fourth level at these tournaments.

Tournaments start at 11am on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and 6pm on Wednesdays. The buy-ins change weekly. However, all events have rebuys and a dealer add-on. Sit and gos run from noon to 4pm on Saturdays.

Borgata poker room promotions

There are jackpots tied to hands that are four of a kind or better. There is a high hand promotion every 30 minutes from 11am to midnight. It pays $200 Sunday through Thursday and $250 on Friday and Saturday. There is also a bad beat jackpot with a progressive hand.
