Harrah’s poker room cash games
The main Harrah’s cash games are 1/2, 1/3, and 2/5 no-limit Texas hold’em. Players can get into the 1/2 game for $60 to $300. The 1/3 buy-in range is $100 to $500. At 2/5, it is $200 to $1,000. There is also a 3/6 fixed limit hold’em game.
There are special cash games on most days. On Mondays at 7pm, there is 10/20 fixed limit Omaha hi/lo and seven card stud hi/lo, often called OE. On Tuesdays at 7pm, there is a so-called “Pink Game.” That is because the pink $2.50 chips come out for $7.50/$15 fixed limit hold’em. There is a 20/40 seven card stud hi game at 11am on Thursdays. Saturday at 8pm, there is a mix 2/5 NLH and 2/2 PLO game.
Harrah’s poker tournaments
Poker tournaments have not run since the pandemic closure. Before then, there was a $100 no-limit Texas hold’em tournament two nights a week.
Harrah’s poker room promotions
There is a high hand promotion from noon to midnight daily. The best hand every hour wins $250 on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. On Fridays through Sundays the high hands are $300. There is a Wednesday special that gives away $250 every 30 minutes to the high hand.
The prize doubles if the player makes a royal flush. There is an additional $100 Harrah’s comp for a royal flush at all hours the room is open. The pot must have $30 in it to qualify for a high hand bonus. The player must use both hole cards. A player must have aces full of kings to qualify for a high hand.
There is a $10,000 bad beat jackpot. The qualifying minimum hand is quad tens, as of September 1, 2023.
Other Harrah’s Atlantic City poker room promotions include a rakeback program. The list below shows how many hours a player must give in cash game action and the amount of the related bonus. The top 15 players in terms of cash game hours receive an additional $100 bonus.
